Return Eligibility

Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and free of scratches or alterations.

Security Tag: The original tamper-proof security tag must remain intact. Returns without the tag will not be accepted.

Original Packaging: Returns must include all original packaging, such as jewelry boxes, certificates, and warranty cards.

Exclusions: Personalized and customized items (e.g., engravings, size modifications) are non-refundable.

Bundle Return Policy

Bundles must be returned as a complete set.

Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately for refund, exchange, or store credit.

International Returns

We accept international returns, but return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Import duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
